When I was researching about Dubai one of the coolest things I came across where “Ladies Day”. It’s like the cool, modern version of the usual “Ladies nights” with an awesome extra on top: an amazing pool (+beach)!
Basically it works like this: on one (or more) days of the week a top hotel hotel/beach club offers free or discounted entry to ladies only, often including additional goodies like towels, snacks and free (alcoholic!) drinks.
Since I normally travel together with Markus I wouldn’t have had a chance to use those offers properly. But as Markus was traveling off for some client work from Sunday to Wednesday I thought I will give some of the best offers a look.
And I can already tell you: Ladies, when you go to Dubai – take advantage of these offers!!! Let me show you the Ladies days in Dubai that I took advantage of during my time in Dubai!

Sunday: Coco Lounge at Media One Hotel (Ladies Day + Night)
Coco Club was the first ladies day in Dubai that I visited – and I wish I had come earlier!
Coco Club is at the pool of the Media One Hotel near Dubai Marina. The pool is on the 8th floor and offers a cool view on Dubai’s skyscrapers.
Ladies day at Coco Club is Monday and starts at 12pm. Not only do you get free entry + cozy towels – you are also provided with three drink vouchers for cocktails/longdrinks! And when the clock hit 5pm you’ll get another round of three complimentary beverages (per description it’s only grape wine or house spirits – but I got the same selection of longdrinks)!
The pool as well as the lounge chairs are highly instagrammable with lots of white contrasting the turquoise pool. Oh, and there is a floating pink flamingo – all Insta check marks checked!
And if you are worried that there would be a lot of guys creeping for the ladies – not at all! I think it was like 90% females by the pool. And that included the sexy barkeepers already! 🙂
Somehow, around 6pm the pool started to empty drastically though – despite the new round of drink vouchers.

Monday: Barasti Beach Ladies Day
Technically, Barasti Beach club has ladies day a stunning three days a week (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday)! You will get free entrance + towels as well as free frozen rose drinks (Frozé). On top, food and water sports are discounted to 50% for girls, making this a pretty cool offer!
What’s different about Barasti Beach Club than any other beach club in Dubai is that they actually have free entry for everyone every day of the week!
As I already had found offers I was curious about too for Sunday and Tuesday, I decided to give Barasti a visit on Monday.
Barasti beach had a completely different vibe than Coco Lounge. While Coco Lounge radiates a level of exclusivity, Barasti Beach is much more laid back. It’s right at the beach (unfortunately next to a construction side).
If you don’t know that it’s Barasti ladies day – you wouldn’t notice! There is guys and girls (~40/60) around and no signs advertise the free towels and drinks. But don’t worry – you will get unlimited free frozé! It was a very sweet and only slightly alcoholic drink (I didn’t really notice any but apparently it is not alcohol-free).
Barasti beach is definitely aware of Instagrammers and has some really cool Hammocks and a beach swing for your photos. Unfortunately Markus wasn’t around – I would never have skipped the opportunity otherwise! 🤗
There is also a pool if you prefer that over the sea (the water quality was okay but not really clear).

Barasti beach ladies night
So technically, the Barasti beach ladies day ends at 5pm. However, this does not really have a meaning as Barasti beach ladies night directly starts at 5pm and lasts till 10pm. And you might already guess this: you get unlimited free frozé drinks during the whole time!
Tuesday: Zero Gravity Ladies Day
Zero Gravity is one of the hippest pool/beach clubs in all of Dubai! And on Tuesday they will open their doors for free to Ladies – if they register online until Monday for the guest list!
To register for the ladies day, simply send an email to [email protected] until MONDAY at 12pm
Zero Gravity feel like the cool kids hangout – there is a pool with a see-through wall, white sun loungers, lots of hip music and pool unicorns. In fact, there is lots of unicorns and rainbows here!🦄🌈
When you arrive you will get a free sunbed/sun-lounger (If you are early enough. I arrived at 11am and was lucky to grab one of the last ones by the pool). You’ll also get a voucher for one free Zero Gravity ladies day cocktail (it was a Gin Tonic) when you register at the entrance.
I definitely liked the vibes here – but missed the many free drinks at Barasti beach and Coco Lounge a bit. But hey, if that’s not first world problems, what then?!
You can buy cocktails for ladies day price if 37 AED – however given that there was also an offer of 4 cocktails for 100 AED I think this ladies day offer was not so strong.
And same as Coco Lounge, the place was packed with girls (all crazy for the pool unicorn as well) – making the atmosphere really awesome!
Between 6pm and 6:30 the same happened as in every other place: everyone started to leave. I don’t really understand why no one wants to see the sunset from a beautiful beach club! Especially if ladies night is about to start soon after!

Zero Gravity ladies night
Tuesday is also ladies night at Zero Gravity – “Destiny Ladies Night”. It officially starts at 8pm and also grants free entrance to all ladies.
Opposite to the Zero Gravity ladies day, this comes with free drink vouchers. The number of drinks you get depends on when you arrive: only before 9pm entitles you to a generous pack of six free beverages. If you arrive until 10pm it will five vouchers, until 11pm four vouchers and until 12am three vouchers.
If you spent the day at Zero Gravity for ladies day and don’t want to wait until 9pm – there is some other ladies nights in Dubai available at JBL beach too!

I didn’t make it there but my choice for ladies days for Wednesday and Thursday would be:
- Wednesday: The Cove Beach Dubai – free drinks (12pm-5pm) + lunch platter for 100AED
- Thursday: Playa Nomade (Ricos the Palm Jumeirah) – Pool and beach access, free food and drinks for 150AED OR
- Thursday: V Deck at V hotel by Hilton, free pool entry + drinks + mini beauty station
Where to stay close to most ladies day (night) offers
As you can see, most of the really cool ladies day offers are centered around the northern end of Dubai Marina. If you are planning a ladies day / night trip to Dubai this is definitely where you should place yourself!
An amazing hotel right in the middle of these clubs is Grosvenor House from A luxury collection.
Markus and I had the luck to be upgraded to an incredible 3 bedroom suite (!) – but even if you “just” get a normal room you will love the sleek and modern design of the hotel.
Grosvenor house is also closely associated with Le Royal Meridien – offering you full access to their beach, pools and facilities as well as a free bus shuttle every 15min or so.
Should you be a Mariott platinum member too: no doubt you want to come here: their lounge had the best selection I have EVER seen with Mariott/SPG
